AWARD-WINNING film director, producer and actress, Joely Collins has appointed The Cult to raise her profile around her appearance at London's Raindance Film Festival.
With over 20 years experience in the film and television industry, Joely's latest project is the multi award-winning digital series, Coded, which will show as part of the festival on Saturday, October 1.
Exploring the complex issues surrounding the education of 'coded' pupils - those with behavioural or learning difficulties - the series has received rave reviews both from those within the film industry and education professionals.
Joely comes from a family of international stars, with sister Lily Collins a Hollywood actress and father Phil a hugely acclaimed musician.
Her feature film Becoming Redwood, a quirky, heart-warming, coming-of-age story, became an instant hit on the festival circuit and won Best Canadian Feature at the Edmonton International Film Festival and Most Popular Canadian Film at the Vancouver International Film Festival.
With her production company Million Faces, Joely is actively producing films, television series and digital media projects. She is also passionate about directing and empowering women in film.
